Founder & Head CoachCali-born and now thriving in New York, Brooke brings a unique blend of experience, empathy, and creativity to coaching. With 9+ years in tech marketing at top-tier companies like Google and SAP, she has developed expertise across both B2B and B2C strategies. Her path to joining Google was driven by a focused approach to positioning herself for opportunities at leading tech companies, where she honed her skills, networked intentionally, and aligned her personal brand with the high standards of FAANG organizations.
Brooke is deeply interested in mental health, dedicating time to reading and learning about ways to support emotional well-being in both personal and professional contexts. As a neurodivergent coach with ADHD and high-functioning depression, her approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and personal experience. Outside of her work, she enjoys time with her corgi, Luna, and exploring the food in NYC. With a degree from UC Santa Cruz, Brooke is passionate about helping others find clarity, confidence, and the tools to thrive.

Founder & Head CoachToni Arroyave combines a strong academic foundation in Industrial-Organizational Psychology with practical experience in HR, particularly with the Department of Veterans Affairs, where she has made a significant impact in shaping policies and systems to better serve employees. With a passion for human-centered leadership and organizational development, Toni is committed to helping individuals and teams unlock their full potential through strategic insight and compassion.
As a global traveler raised overseas, Toni brings a diverse, multicultural perspective to her coaching and deeply understands the dynamics of working across different environments. Her experience as a neurodivergent individual with ADHD and anxiety shapes her approach—providing personalized, empathetic guidance that acknowledges each person’s unique journey. A middle child and Alpha Delta Pi alumna from Mississippi State, Toni thrives on building strong, supportive communities. When she's not coaching or traveling, you’ll find her with her cat, Rosie, reflecting on her own growth and empowering others to take charge of theirs.
